Rental time ends when clients and their assistants leave Spazioloft premises.

Spazioloft assistants are not allowed to carry or move objects not property of the studio (Spazioloft).

The handling of Rented Equipments and objects not property of SPAZIOLOFT will be care of clients or their assistants.

Saturday, Sunday and holydays overcharge; Rent +50%.

Price on demand for video, presentations etc.

Reservations will be considered only after receiving a request by fax signed by the client.

Spazioloft deserves the right to cancel Booking not confirmed 2 working days before the scheduled date.

Confirmed Bookings not cancelled 48 hours prior the scheduled date, will be charged 50% of the fixed price.

Confirmed Bookings not cancelled 24 hours prior the scheduled date, will be fully charged.
